Having spent over two decades working in the non profit sector, working on multi-sector partnerships in sustainability, development, and humanitarian action, Hannah joined Forum in June 2019 to head up the UK / Europe team before becoming the International Managing Director in January 2023 and CEO in January 2025.

The common thread throughout her career has been around climate change and its intersections with nature and society, and around convening dialogue and collaborative action through cross sector partnerships.

Hannah is experienced at both risk and crisis management, in organisational and remote field-based contexts. Hannah has set up and directed sustainability projects in over 15 countries, and established national / regional NGO offices in India, Brazil and Hong Kong.

At Forum, her work particularly focuses on the intersection between climate and health, on the role of business in society, and on using applied Futures.
