Paul joined Kantar from Accenture, where he was Vice Chair Reinvention and Global Leader of Media and Entertainment Strategy. He has over 30 years of experience across media, technology and entertainment, including as CEO of Daily Mail and General Trust plc (DMGT) and Senior Partner and Global Leader Media Practice at BCG. His entrepreneurial mindset goes back to his time at Duke University, where he started his first technology business.

Associate Professor, LSE
Kate is an Associate Professor in the Department of Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method at the London School of Economics. She works on questions across the philosophy of social science, political philosophy, and the philosophy of AI.
From 2024-2028, she will be investigating AI, worker autonomy, and the future of work thanks to a UKRI-Funded Future Leaders Fellowship Grant.

Alex Smith is the CEO at FuturePlus, a sustainability and impact company helping businesses thrive while delivering ambitious environmental and social outcomes. She leads the development of FuturePlus, which includes FutureImpact, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform; FutureConsult; and PlusCarbon accountancy. Together, they simplify sustainability measurement and management, making credible impact accessible, achievable, and affordable for businesses of all sizes.
A recognised voice in sustainability, Alex is a TEDx speaker and a trustee of the Better Coffee Foundation, where she works alongside Grind Coffee to improve the coffee industry’s social and environmental footprint. Through her work, Alex champions practical, data-driven sustainability and inspires organisations to turn ambition into meaningful action.

Head of Responsible AI & AI Strategy, NatWest Group
Paul is the Head of Responsible AI and AI Strategy at one the UKs largest bank, leading a dedicated team of AI practitioners, and pioneering Responsible AI in financial services. Paul also leads the bank’s AI Strategy to ensure AI provides not only a highly personalised customer experience but is also deployed ethically to augment colleagues’ day-to-day work.
Paul is also co-author of ‘Governing the Machine: How to Navigate the Risks of AI and Unlock its True Potential’ (Bloomsbury Business, 2025), a practical guide to responsible AI which has since been named in the Amazon top 10 bestsellers in two categories and in the FT top 5 Business Books of the Month. Paul’s influential work has been published throughout leading articles, including The AI Journal, The Green Business Journal, Business Reporter, Natwest, Evident AI Responsible AI Report, Irish Tech News and CIO Business World Magazine.
Paul’s influence extends beyond corporate boardrooms and into the global arena, where he actively participates in international forums, policy discussions and projects aimed at setting global standards for responsible.
Paul has a PhD in Agentic AI and was previously a university researcher and lecturer in Computer science and AI.

Group Head of Sustainability, Asahi Group Holdings
Preeti Srivastav is a sustainability leader, driving positive environmental & social change to create a better future.
Preeti has been redefining and integrating sustainability across the strategic pillars of planet, people, profit, portfolio, purpose in various geographies for major corporations, institutions and non-profits.
As the Group Head of Sustainability for Asahi, a global food & beverage company with $19B in annual revenues, Preeti leads the development and implementation of the global sustainability strategy across more than 90 export markets including countries of production and more than 22 brands including Asahi Super Dry, Grolsch, Peroni and Pilsner Urquell. She is part of the executive leadership team and during her tenure, Asahi has won multiple sustainability awards.
She serves as the technical expert advisor on climate change for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the European Commission. An active thought leader, she has been recognized for her sustainability work and expertise through awards and nominations.
Prior to Asahi, Preeti consulted on sustainability for corporations and governments as a director at Ecofys, a Nobel Prize winning consultancy. She has worked with climate NGOs including Greenpeace and We Mean Business, the climate coalition which drove the historic Paris Agreement at COP21.
Preeti served on the advisory committee for the Climate Group’s RE100 and is currently the Co-chair of the World Federation of Advertisers’ Planet Pledge & a board member of Galvanizing the Groundswell of Climate Actions.

Sustainability Director, Aviva; Chair, UN Global Compact Network UK
David is Sustainability Director at Aviva. With a background in the third sector, e-commerce and financial services he leads Aviva’s group Sustainability team working on strategy, governance and implementation to support Aviva’s Sustainability Ambition which includes their Net Zero by 2040 goal. He also sits on the board of trustees of the International Consortium for Street Children and the United Nations Global Compact UK Network. He is a regular speaker at CR & Sustainability conferences and runs up and down hills for fun in the Peak District where he lives with his family.
