Victoria is a passionate sustainability champion, currently leading Kingfisher plc’s climate and nature programmes. She is tasked with ensuring that transition plans are joined up across the Group’s retail banners and group functions (Kingfisher operates in eight countries across Europe under retail banners including B&Q, Castorama, Brico Dépôt, Screwfix, TradePoint and Koçtaş, 75,000 team members). Victoria also leads on TCFD reporting working closely with the Group Finance team. Prior to joining Kingfisher, Victoria worked at Costa Coffee where she developed two rounds of sustainability strategies while under both Whitbread and then Coca Cola. She also led on the development of Costa’s climate change targets and sustainable sourcing programme. Victoria has led on food waste reduction programmes for the Sustainable Restaurant Association, and she programme-managed the London 2012 Olympic Organising Committee’s catering, cleaning and waste operation, which delivered over 15 million meals and successfully met all of LOCOGs sustainability targets.
