Felicity is Head of Sustainable Finance Innovation at the City of London Corporation. In this role, Felicity leads programmes which look to position the UK as a global centre for sustainable finance, covering aspects of the sustainable finance agenda including transition finance, the voluntary carbon market, nature finance and impact investment. Prior to joining the Corporation, Felicity led the work of global strategic advisory firm Global Counsel on ESG and sustainable finance, and managed private client investment portfolios for London-based investment manager Ruffer LLP.
