Liz is Head of the Development Finance, Infrastructure and Partnerships Department at the UK’s Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). Liz’s Department works on delivering the British Investment Partnerships agenda to help build strong and transparent economic partnerships, and enabling high quality investment in our partner countries. For the last 17 years Liz has worked in HM Government across roles in HM Treasury, seconded to the European Commission and in FCDO including postings in Myanmar and Southern Africa.
