Lauren Wetherilt is a Senior Manager at the Living Wage Foundation, which annually calculates the UK’s real Living Wage and accredits employers who choose to pay it. She works on the Foundation’s Global Living Wage Project, collaborating with a growing network of Living Wage movements and recognised Affiliates who can accredit businesses in different countries around the world. Lauren also contributes to the WageMap consortium—a partnership of six organisations working to build consensus across the global movement on how Living Wages are calculated and to publish a dataset of Living Wage estimates aligned with ILO principles.
