Sarginsons Technology Centre Director with over 29 years' experience in developing innovative cast solutions from design concept to full production. Currently with Sarginsons for over five years, his role has been to develop and lead the technology centre into a global hub for casting excellence using the latest simulation technologies, considered manufacturing approach, and immersive collaborations with industrial and academic partners. This work has included leading the groundbreaking digital twin casting element of the APC led LEVA (Lightweight Electric Vehicle Architecture) project with Lotus Cars and Brunel University that allowed true casting performance to be imbedded within crash CAE for the first time. He was also the industrial casting technical consultant for the ATI Foundry 2030 project which developed near net shape casting approaches for the aerospace industry.
