Tim Fish is the UK CEO of Dukes Education, a prominent group of independent nurseries, schools, colleges, and educational consultancies operating across the UK, Ireland, and Switzerland. With over 35 years of experience in international education, he is recognised for his leadership in the boarding sector and his commitment to academic excellence and global engagement.
In 2012, Tim co-founded Earlscliffe, an international A-level boarding college in Folkestone, which later became part of the Dukes Education family. Since joining Dukes, he has overseen the group’s growth and strategic development, including the expansion of its international boarding colleges and the Dukes Plus portfolio of educational services. His leadership has been instrumental in maintaining high standards across the organisation’s diverse educational offerings.
Tim's career began at St Clare’s, Oxford, where he served as Director of Student Activities and IB CAS Coordinator. His passion for international education has been a constant throughout his career, and he continues to contribute to the sector through his roles at Dukes Education and as a governor at institutions like Cardiff Sixth Form College.
