Vicky is Social Impact Director at Haleon. Vicky joined Haleon to lead its work on health inclusivity and in late ’23 took on responsibility for human rights. She is passionate about empowering everyone to be more included in better everyday health and driving forward Haleon’s mission of delivering better everyday health with humanity.

In her role, Vicky has successfully launched Haleon’s Social Impact strategy, single mindedly focused on Health Inclusivity, supported the business on embedding inclusivity across key brands, products and services and leads Haleon’s human rights workstream.

Before joining Haleon, Vicky led the global Social Impact team, at Kingfisher PLC and prior to that lead the corporate partnerships team at UNICEF UK where she worked with business such as EasyJet, Unilever and Marks and Spencer to deliver funding and engaging partners in developing programmes focused on children’s rights.
