Adil Rehman has over 25 years of experience in human rights in the supply chain and is currently Head of Human Rights at the online retailer ASOS, where he provides high-level strategic direction for the business and develops short, medium, and long-term strategies on human rights. Adil manages the ASOS audit programme in collaboration with in-country local managers and has led the development of ASOS’s approach to human rights due diligence globally whilst ensuring alignment with current and forthcoming legislation. Adil maintains ASOS leadership reputation by taking key positions in human rights programmes or initiatives and working closely with trade unions and external campaign organisations.
